Good afternoon WISF family! How allyuh doin?

I am so excited to be sharing this journey with you. If you've made it to this blog post then you may be aware that we are currently working on building up a Brownstone location for catering, curbside, takeout, and a program for youth! Yes, in true WISF style, we'll be bringing the taste of the Caribbean BACK to the Midway community!

I have shared some pics and videos from our latest walkthrough. We are meeting with the architect and general contractor to make sure everything is aligned before they begin construction! This has been an experience for me as I have never gone through the building process for my previous locations. This time I had to find funding, contractors, I had to review bid proposals and make hard decisions but it is such a learning experience and I wouldn't trade it for the world!
